**Unit Description**
**Sodexo** is seeking an experienced and motivated **Retail Manager 3 for Northwestern State University located in Natchitoches, LA.** Our Retail Manager 3 will oversee the campus’s Chick-Fil-A with additional venues on the horizon and will supervise 30-40 team members.

Candidates who can demonstrate working knowledge of Chick-Fil-A and/or Sodexo systems such as Kronos and Drive, and are proficient in computer skills, online ordering platforms, scheduling, and report management tools are a plus!! However, Chick-Fil-A experience is NOT mandatory.
**The successful candidate will:**
+ Passionately adhere to Chick-Fil-A’s and other brands’ high standards of excellence
+ have oversight of day-to-day operations in compliance with Chick-Fil-A high standards
+ deliver high quality food service
+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals
+ develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
+ create a positive work environment while ensuring Sodexo standards are met.
+ have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
+ can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
+ prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
+ lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and
+ train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
