The successful candidate will:
create and deliver innovative and enriching café experiences for patients, family and staff daily; deliver high quality food service; mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff;develop and maintain client and customer relationships; directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources;manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies; What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
