Sodexo is seeking Retail Managers for various locations throughout the country to include Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming in our Campus Segment. We are seeking candidates with an openness to travel as well as an openness to relocation to one of these states based on business needs.  

 

What You'll Do motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid) staff;provide stellar customer service;oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands); and/ormaintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands).  What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
