JOB SUMMARY: This position oversees all operational functions and personnel for an assigned group of 5-10 retail. Attractions, and Rentals locations. This individual will drive revenue; and manage team members and seasonal supervisors while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic work environment. This position will maintain communication lines between Full-time, Managerial Supervisor, and Seasonal Supervisory staff. This role is designed to allow the Managerial in Training to become proficient in all areas of Managerial Supervisor with the end goal of being promoted into or maintaining a full Managerial Role.

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Ensure implementation of all register transaction procedures and full compliance by every team member. Supervise training and daily performance of all team members within assigned areas to ensure that guest-first service and safety policies are followed. Assume department “In Charge” duties as assigned by Full-time management. Maintain standards of excellence in merchandising and customer service. Oversee and manage assigned groups of retail locations while driving revenue and maintaining expenses within budgeted guidelines. Ensure compliance with all corporate and park policies and procedures. Protect and secure all assets, including fixtures, inventory equipment, and Retail operating supplies. Manage per-cap reports, labor dollars, and staffing levels for assigned store groups. Ensure proper execution of shop setups, visual displays, Retail signage, open-closing procedures, and recruitment. Key role in training and development of seasonal team members and supervisors. Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained through proper planning, scheduling, and follow-up with supervisors and team members. Initiate corrective actions where necessary for violations of park policies and procedures as well as reward and recognition for outstanding performance. Ensure proper execution of inventory transfers, price changes, damages, and other inventory processes for Retail. Liaison for all Retail, Rentals, Attractions, and Games Lessees. Other duties as assigned.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 18 years of age or older for Managerial 2-year of park experience and/or retail background. Leadership experience is a plus! High School Diploma or GED or some college preferred. Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Ability to handle registered transactions. Previous experience in supervising a team. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to walk and stand for up to 7 hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
