Job Description/ResponsibilitiesAs the Associate Designer - Retail, you will play a key role in brand development, marketing, project management, and creative exploration while sharpening your design skills. This position offers hands-on experience in designing Point-of-Sale (POS), Shelf, and Packaging materials, all while contributing directly to company growth. We're looking for an ambitious designer eager to hone their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creative Design and Development:Design flow and promotion-specific graphic materials reflecting established brand positioning.Develop support materials for brand promotions while adhering to brand standards.Edit and manipulate existing creative work based on brand team specifications.Provide artwork and logos for promotional materials, POS, premiums, and tasting kits.Brand Asset Management:Assist in creating and implementing iconic and ownable brand assets for the portfolio.Build brand toolkits to ensure consistency across all design elements.Lead product label revisions and updates across the portfolio.Project and Process Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.Identify cross-functional support and ensure collaboration across teams.Maintain graphic standards and creative assets for brands and corporate entities.Manage external designers as needed, outsourcing projects when necessary.Professional Development:Use the PDS system to identify areas for self-improvement and enhance job effectiveness. Qualifications/RequirementsTo Be Successful In The Role You’ll Need These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a related field.5+ years of design skills experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Must have presentation skills, ability to present to 100+, ability to talk about work, and navigate conversations.Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A well-rounded portfolio showcasing design expertise.Preferred Qualifications:
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.Strong analytical and technical skills.At least 3 years of experience in a design agency or a similar role.Physical Requirements:
