ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
• Partner with the Merchandising Team, Visual, Ops, and Digital to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive traffic to retail stores and increase revenue for the retail division.
• Prototypes and develops new promotional signage to call attention to specific product, communicate value, or shape the new shopping experience in an ever-changing world.
• Evaluate campaigns with written analysis in a timely manner. Analyze data to support marketing programs and initiatives and make recommendations based on results.
• Develop budget for promotional campaigns and marketing collateral. Manage expenses closely to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Manage inventory of marketing toolkit collateral across all store types to ensure it is adequate to support the needs of current and new stores.
• Coach and lead a Marketing Specialist, overseeing projects and career growth development. Reviews and approves memos, distros, and artwork.
• Oversees initial Marketing supply orders for all new/expansion/relocation domestic stores and partner with NSO Coordinators to ensure Marketing standards are being followed.
• Translate corporate marketing initiatives into programs for the Retail stores.
• Travel Skechers retail stores to ensure execution and provide written reports and recaps.
• Travel competitor stores and report on current promotions. Look for new and innovative ways to improve our business. Provide written reports and recaps.
• Work in tandem with the Operations department to communicate promotions to office and field and provide clear execution expectations.
• Maintain a Marketing Standards Guide and work with the Operations department to ensure stores are following guidelines.
• Work closely with Graphics department to develop creative and manage the process from inception to execution. Ensure that deadlines are met.
• Create and maintain a 6-month marketing and promotions calendars for domestic stores.
• Other special projects as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Yes. Oversee a Marketing Specialist. This person will assist with the production of collateral, write new store orders, draft written communication and provide store support. The Retail Marketing Promotions Manager will ensure the Specialist meets deadlines, performs at a high level, and be responsible for the growth and development of the employee.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
• 5+ years retail marketing experience
• BS in business or marketing or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills with advanced understanding of retail KPis
• Highly Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong design aesthetic
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design skills a plus
The pay range for this role is $98,000-$120,000/yr USD
