**Core Responsibilities**
Our team mandate / key objectives are to:
+ Increase focus on integrating with local market
+ Implement the LEGO Retail global marketing plan with excellence
+ Drive footfall / traffic
+ Capture local opportunities, devise mechanic for contingency and ensure fast local response
**You will contribute to these through:**
+ Execution of the global marketing plan and calendar activity for LEGO Retail in the Americas (AMS), being an ambassador for activity across the other LEGO Group Business Units.
+ Work in partnership with the Sr Campaign Manager and other Campaign / Retail Marketing Managers to be the regional leads for implementing key campaigns, ensuring strong local execution and relevant local activations that drive awareness of our product portfolio and drive to LEGO Retail.
+ Support the execution of in store events and play activations that drive Families & Kids to LEGO Stores.
+ Support the OESP (Owned Earned Shared Paid) process, acting as a key point of contact for market integration on Shopper & Occasion campaigns and testing new opportunities to use the LEGO ecosystem.
+ Help deliver marketing campaigns to support a number of occasions specifically relevant to shoppers in AMS.
+ Turn key shopper insights into actionable plans for how to leverage within our marketing ecosystem to deliver more meaningful experiences to shoppers and consumers.
+ Seek out and deploy tailored, market-born, market-based marketing programs that are regionally relevant and make valuable contributions to the shopper.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
This role sits in LEGO Retail AMS Marketing team which falls within the Regional Retail Marketing department. You will join a team of 6 other marketeers whose role it is to deliver and complete marketing campaigns within our region, driving both traffic and conversion for our LEGO branded stores and LEGO.com.
We deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers and work closely with Store Operations to ensure a strong execution instore as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimize the traffic going to eCommerce.
In addition, we partner with our AMS BU Brand teams to bring to bear local activity and ensure tight-knit collaboration across the business.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Substantial experience in retail or trade marketing, including authority knowledge of instore shoppers touchpoints, retail marketing operations and experience of delivering instore events
+ Hands on experience in developing instore material including working with external agencies
+ Project and time management expertise
+ Experience in delivering Earned campaigns
+ Very strong attention to details with excellent verbal and written communication
+ Resilience, energy, passion and positive demeanor
+ Collaboration skills and ability to engage with all different levels of the organization
+ Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast running cross-functional team
+ Ability to turn shoppers insights into action
+ Strong sense for business
**Additional details on this position**
+ The salary for this position has a range of **$100,900 - $151,300 USD** based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
+ This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
