Job Title: Retail Media Product Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Retail Media Product Manager to lead the development, and scaling of our new retail media network. This role is responsible for defining, building, and managing the product suite that will power our retail media offerings, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring best-in-class solutions to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail media, ad technology platforms, data analytics, and the evolving needs of consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and roadmap for the Circle K’s retail media network, working in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and goals.
Technology Development: Collaborate with engineering and Circle K’s Global Teach teams to evaluate, select, and implement ad tech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, measurement tools, and audience segmentation platforms) needed to support the network’s media inventory.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including, loyalty, marketing, media ad sales, operations, and finance, to ensure product alignment with business goals, customer needs, and revenue targets.
Vendor & Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with third-party technology vendors, agencies, and other partners to integrate relevant tools and platforms into the retail media network ecosystem.
Data & Analytics: Ensure product offerings leverage first-party data effectively, and that robust reporting and measurement tools are integrated to offer clear insights and transparency to advertisers and internal stakeholders.
Customer & Market Insights: Gather insights from advertisers, CPG brands, and other stakeholders to shape the evolution of the product roadmap, ensuring offerings meet current and future market demands.
Product Development & Launch: Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through to execution, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to identify monetization opportunities, optimize ad space inventory, and maximize revenue through new product features and offerings.
Compliance & Privacy: Ensure the retail media network complies with all legal, regulatory, and privacy-related standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in the use of data for advertising purposes.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within retail media, ad tech, or digital marketing industries.Strong understanding of ad technology platforms, programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and demand-side platforms (DSPs).Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with first-party data and using data to inform product decisions and advertising strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with privacy regulations related to digital advertising and customer data.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building or managing a retail media network or ad platform.Understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and retail operations.MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.#LI-WW2
