**Overview**
As a **Retail Media Strategist** , you will play a key role in **developing and executing comprehensive retail media strategies** that drive conversions and enhance customer engagement. This position requires a **collaborative and analytical thinker** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of **retail media networks (RMNs), offsite display, and e-commerce.**
You will work closely with **cross-functional teams, media partners, and clients** to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns. Additionally, you will contribute to **strategic planning, performance reporting, and process improvements** while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the evolution of retail media best practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and support the execution of comprehensive retail media strategies to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives across various platforms (e.g. onsite display, social media, incentives, and more)
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and timing
+ Partner with shopper insights to inform campaign strategies and recommendations
+ Develop and manage relationships with retail media networks and 3rd party vendors, negotiating and executing campaigns that meet business objectives
+ Provide regular reporting to clients on campaigns performance, pacing, and include optimization recommendations
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail media activation - growing expertise and refreshing certifications and training courses as able - educating colleauges
+ Act as a thought leader, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams on retail media activation strategies

**Qualifications**
+ **Bachelor’s degree** in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
+ **3-5 years of experience** in **retail media activation, media strategy, or digital advertising.**
+ **Strong understanding of retail media networks (RMNs)** and key **digital platforms (search, display, social, influencer).**
+ Hands-on experience working with **HOK (hands-on-keyboard) platforms** for campaign setup and management is preferred.
+ Proficiency in **campaign tracking, performance analytics, and reporting tools.**
+ Excellent **communication, project management, and negotiation skills.**
+ Ability to **think strategically and creatively** , ensuring campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Compensation Range: $66,785.00 - $83,505.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
