Overview Job Summary: A Freelance Retail Merchandiser works with one or more of Winston’s clients to support their on-floor presence through visual merchandising projects. The key focus will be product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive. In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team, as requested. This role is project-based and hours will fluctuate based on location and market needs. Pay Rate: $16-18/hour (Pay based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, qualifications, and experience) Does this sound like you? Qualifications Experience/Requirements: 1+ years experience in retail merchandising Ability to work independently, timely, and efficiently Expert in clear communication with store staff and through visit reports Tech savvy with smartphones, apps, and navigating online platforms Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods At Winston, we are ALL IN!
