Retail Operational Supervisor
Job Summary: 

You will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests. This dynamic position is centered around managing daily operations within our merchandise locations, ensuring that our retail offerings align with the high standards of our brand. Your leadership will guide a diverse team in a fast-paced, engaging environment, where creativity and enthusiasm are key to captivating our visitors. You will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, maintaining inventory, and promoting a culture of exceptional customer service. In addition to overseeing the multiple retail spaces, you will collaborate with park management to drive sale initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices that enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Retail Operational supervisor functions include, but are not limited to, the following activities:Supervising daily retail operations and ensuring efficient team performance Training, mentoring, and evaluating retail employees to enhance productivity and guest serviceMaintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring product displays are appealing and organizedMonitoring inventory levels and assisting in stock management to avoid shortage or excessImplementing sales strategies and promotions to maximize engagementConducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedbackAddressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and hospitalityOverseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, Point of Sale procedures, and inventory managementDeveloping and training store leads on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practicesCollaborating with park management to plan promotional events and maximize merchandise visibility throughout the parkMaintaining a neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanor

Job Requirements:

Theme Park experience preferred16 years old or olderMust be organized with excellent time management skills with ability to work flexible and varied shiftsMust be punctual and have a good attendance recordGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelSelf MotivatorMust be able to interact well with internal team members while maintaining a professional atmosphereMust be able to follow and uphold all Six Flags Policies and ProceduresMust be able to lift 10-50 lbs.

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
