In this role, the Retail Operations Associate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness of the US retail stores, as well as implementing the operations strategy by collaborating with Retail Executives and in-store management teams.

\n\n\n\tPrepare Monday Business Review Reporting for Weekly Morning Meetings \n\tPrepare Trade Notes for Monday Business Review Meetings and Adhoc reporting as needed\n\tPrepare Trade Notes for Macy’s Tuesday Business Review Meetings and Adhoc reporting as needed\n\tAttend Regional Manager Calls to provide operational updates\n\tFacilitate ongoing communication with various departments and store teams to gain a thorough understanding of operational procedures to ensure relevant information is incorporated into company policy and procedures\n\tAct as a resource and subject matter expert on operational policy and procedures to ensure consistent and appropriate interpretation and application\n\tProcess Retail Invoices as needed\n\tAudit StorIQ weekly and provide feedback to the Regional and Store Teams\n\tRollout out StorIQ store visit reports and software in addition to other key reporting tools\n\tKey User for SiAM Profiler- update data as needed\n\tPartner with IT to rectify open issues\n\tSupport local Model Store by ensuring Model Understock & BOH are implemented and updated\n\tCollaborate on Store Operations initiatives and projects\n\tAssist with store & shop openings, remodels and renovations\n\tAssist with the development of local best practices and policies\n\tManage Company Phone List updates and changes\n\tPartnership in Maintenance of SAP Store Locator Master Data, Debitor Tool\n\tLocal adaptation of all forms and store guides such as Operations Guides, manuals, templates, etc.\n\tCreate weekly Newsletter for Store Teams highlighting all tasks and directives for the week\n\tOther projects and ad hoc requests as assigned to support the business\n\tAbility to multi-task several concurrent requests, quickly assemble data and generate impactful insights in a fast-paced environment\n\tCultivate a strong partnership with 3rd party vendors and maintain ecomm store ordering platforms\n\tEnsure all supplies are readily in stock for store teams to order\n\tLiaison between vendor partners and store teams on pending orders and platform maintenance\n\tAssist in annual Retail Conference planning \n\tRun necessary reports for quarterly Retail Meetings\n\tSome travel may be required\n
Your profile:
\n\tBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n\t2-3 years of increasingly responsible retail experience\n\tFamiliarity with Retail Operations\n\tExcellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Word, and Power Point\n\tAbility to communicate effectively with various team members and cross functional teams\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n\tGeneral comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives in a clear, logical manner\n\tProven track record of managing projects independently, self-motivated\n\tEffective written and verbal communication skills \n\tExcellent organizational, analytical skills\n\tIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy\n\tStrong business acumen and interpersonal skills\n\tEntrepreneurial spirit\n\tCritical thinking and problem-solving skills \n\tPlanning and organizing\n\tDecision-making\n\tPersuasiveness\n\tTeamwork\n\tNegotiation\n\tConflict management\n\tAdaptability\n\tHigh level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy

The expected base salary range for this position is from $55,000 - $60,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
