WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller), you will work close to the core of our business – Our Stores. Your main objective will be to drive sales and profitability growth in the stores of your area. Additionally, you ‘ll identify business opportunities and together with the Area Team you will implement strategies to increase the shopping experience in the stores, securing that sale, efficiency and profit targets are reached.
You will:
Set budget for sales, efficiency KPIs and store costs in line with the country goalsWork proactively and forecast selling and costs development for the coming months and take necessary actionsSupport stores in financial sales planning accuracy with the aim to improve efficiency and service levelsSet hourly function plan with Store Management to enable strong store operations, efficiency, and Great Customer ExperienceMake frequent store visits to align the analysis with the reality in storesFollow up and act on the Salary Cost development in your area,seeking earch for opportunities to optimize these. You are aware of the Shop Costs deviations and together with relevant functions, you initiate corrective actions accordingly.Educate store management team on operational best practices and ensure that the setup of the store is optimized to deliver great customer experience and high task efficiency.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller), you will be an integral part of the Area Team, working closely with store management team to ensure efficiency and cost control in all stores in your area, supporting them to deliver a great customer experience in line with the country's objectives. In a collaborative way of working with key stakeholders you will get the chance to use your competence to affect and ensure controlling strategies and drive store performance.

This is a full-time position, based in Cluj, Romania. The Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller) reports to the Area Manager.
