Led by the Retail Operations Manager, this opportunity will suit someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions to drive business initiatives and success for our Field Team.

Here’s how:  Responsible for the coordination and execution of field communications, the creation and upkeep of field team operational playbooks, monthly operational webinars, weekly field operational updates, operational calendar planning, and cross functional gate keeping.Coordinating and supporting monthly field training, collecting field feedback through Voice of the Field to support corporate objectives.Collaborate with a variety of cross functional departments within the Operations department such as Communications, Retail Education, and Dealer Development and external departments such as eCommerce, Merchandise, Logistics, HR, and Supply Chain. Support as a SME for select operational practices to be implemented in Home stores.Assist in the development of tactical execution plans to support projects; support with the management of project deadlines and communicate regular status updates to the Retail Operations Manager.Additional projects as requested by the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Director of Retail Sales and Operations.We’re looking for: Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing an asset.   Three to five years of practical experience directly managing store operations for a major retail organization.
