Retail Operations Manager, Packaged Gas (Full Time) - Winnipeg, MB
Reporting to the Regional General Sales Manager, this position, based in Winnipeg, MB has the responsibility for the planning and implementation of distribution and retail store activities in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario.
Major responsibilities:
Assist locations to meet all safety and compliance goals, audits and inspectionsMeet annual expense and labour budget within scope of position.Support Customer Sales Service and Distribution personnel within the assigned geography ensuring applicable staff training, performance management and development programs are in placeManage fleet and daily routing, including maintenance; establish and maintain distribution efficiencies and KPI’sEnsure branches meet or exceed sales targets and budgetsMonitor sales, inventory turns, dead stock, SOX compliance, price overrides, freight costs, freight recovery, productivity initiativesEstablish standards for showroom appearance and support marketing initiativesEnsure customer inquiries are handled effectively and be available to deal with emergency situations after hoursLinde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2023 sales of $33 billion.
