Retail Operations Manager
Overview To build a quality, brand building distribution system that is capable of generating sales revenue by working closely with related functions to align with the Crocs China business strategies To be an effective retail consultant to collaborate internal functions resources and partners requirements to achieve business goals with high quality implementation To lead and monitor projects in Retail channel What You'll Do

Key Activities

New retail & GTM

Work with Merchandising, Marketing to follow monthly GTM launch plan and to ensure strategy implementation and provide the best support to store teams. Lead and arrange regular e-store visit with related functions and monitor follow ups. Communication, bridge to office functions and store team.

Retail initiative _ Project Leader

Focus on retail initiative and update the store SOP, improve stores’ execution, e.g. BOH efficiency & standard. Lead the projects of to improve store KPI performance, e.g. CRM program. Work with finance and HR team for the incentive program and scheme to motivate store team. Work with MKT team to plan and execute in store marketing activities and offline DP. Work with training team to follow-up training plan, new staff on-board training and make up specific training program for stores. Work with VM team to execute as VM guideline, and well present the assortments. Lead and improve the offline expo/kiosk performance in peak season.

Education

College degree or above

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods companies. Solid background in retail store and operation project.

Knowledge

Excel & PowerPoint: advanced Fluent English Excellent presentation and communication skills

Interpersonal Skill

Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment High degree of integrity and loyalty
