We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of 13-15 food stores across the New York metro area (New Jersey & Long Island). Our expanding chain of stores includes a flagship location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, with additional stores throughout the city and New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment, working alongside a diverse team while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
+ Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes.
+ Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective store operations.
+ Maintain and enforce quality control standards across all locations.
+ Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
+ Collaborate closely with district store managers and provide regular updates to the CEO.
+ Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing teams to enhance customer experience and sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in multi-unit food service or grocery operations.
+ Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational performance.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between store locations.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
+ High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
+ Experience with trend analysis, risk management, and operational reporting (preferred).
Schedule:
+ Monday to Friday
+ Weekends as needed
