These standards have made Tiffany & Co. one of the world’s most recognizable luxury brands with close to 300 stores worldwide. **About the role** We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Excellence Team as Retail Operations Manager for an 18-month parental leave contract. In strong collaboration with the market teams, you will monitor operational performance of all store operations inclusive of audit compliance, stock control, inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity, stock organization in order to deliver the Unique Tiffany Client Experience. You will drive in store operation continuous improvement via assessment, action planning and follow up. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Implement optimal operations including scheduling, in-store product flow, and team organization to deliver a unique client experience. + Define and implement optimal stock organization and product flow by store typology, ensuring seamless client experience. + Ensure 100% adoption of mobile tools for client-facing operations. + Identify efficient actions to minimize operating costs and operational risks. + Partner with Retail Director and Store Managers to enhance retail operation processes strategically. + Ensure compliance with company directives and policies such as PI, Cycle Counts, Price Changes, and inventory management. + Implement, train, and monitor the use of all sales support systems including cashiering systems, customer applications, inventory, services, and performance analysis tools. + Ensure accurate physical inventory across all stores, including scheduling, vendor relations, and training. + Oversee retail stores in Australia & New Zealand, handling maintenance, repairs, and addressing raised issues. + Coordinate with Store Planning/Maintenance on new openings, renovations, and minor workflow. **The ideal candidate will have:** + 5+ years of operations experience in advanced retail environment + BA or BS degree or greater + Problem solving ability + Able to rethink process and to simply + Agile and with an entrepreneurial spirit, finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role + Digitally savvy + Fluent in English + Jewelry background is a plus **Why Tiffany?** + Generous salary & bonus, incentives employee discounts and milestone gifts + High performing, caring, fun and dynamic team + Culture focused on wellbeing, innovation and growth + Endless career opportunities with the largest luxury group - LVMH! + Never-ending training and individual up-skilling opportunities **This is just the beginning** **Job Identification** : 60891 **Job Category:** : Retail **Assignment Category** : Temporary Full-time **Remote Positions** : No **Professional Experience** : Minimum 5 Years
