Join the dynamic Retail Performance Team at Kimberly-Clark, working with the UK’s top non-food brands, Andrex® and Kleenex®. As a Retail Performance Manager, you’ll drive shopper engagement/activation and conversion at the point of purchase (POP) through innovative Brand Marketing plans and new growth projects with our customers. Retail media has exploded in the industry and you will play a strategic part of how Kimberly-Clark grow in this ever-changing and important marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and prioritize specific retail performance marketing requests.

Collaborate with external agencies to enhance media effectiveness and in-store execution.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations via our Picture of Success strategy.

Present and share performance insights internally and with customers to drive market growth.

Foster internal and customer collaboration to overcome shopper barriers and boost conversion.
