About the opportunity  

As Retail Performance Program Support, you will provide operational support for our Retail Performance Program, Post RED, with a particular focus on efficient execution of processes, data management, reporting, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

In this newly created position, you will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of performance-related activities, including performance reporting, and reward calculation and distribution, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. By managing operational processes and communication channels, you will help align Post RED with organisational objectives This role is critical in championing the program, encouraging positive performance outcomes and driving engagement within Retail teams. 

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity open to Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane locations.
 

What you’ll deliver with us  

Enhance Retail Performance Program operations by improving processes for efficient and accurate data handling, ensuring timely and error-free reward distributionEnsure precise reporting and payment by refreshing payment files, validating data, and coordinating with third-party vendors for timely reward distribution, minimising financial discrepancies and delays.Foster transparent communication and collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Provide regular updates and feedback to build engagement, trust and alignment.Leverage data to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Use insights from query themes, payment accuracy and program metrics for continuous improvement activity.  


About you  

We are seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, confidently talks data, and engages with stakeholders with ease. Your communication skills are top-notch, you're adept in commercial and reporting tasks, and you're all about diving into the detail to drive business success.


You’ll also need   

Experience in retail environments, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in managing incentive programs is preferable.Hands-on experience with tools like Excel (advanced level), Tableau, SharePoint, or similar platforms for data collation, validation, and reporting.An ability to critically engage with data and processes and leveraging feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
