The Retail Pharmacist Lead oversees daily operations in the pharmacy. This role works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Shift: The pharmacy hours of operation are 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
The Retail Pharmacy Lead (Pharmacy Manager):
Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. Prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory.Provides information to the staff and clinic members on drugs and pharmaceuticals.Directly interacts with patients.Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision.Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
BS Pharmacy3 or more years of experience working as a Pharmacist2 or more years of leadership experience as a Pharmacy Lead/ManagerStrong relationship building and provider relations skillsActive & unrestricted pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in TexasImmunization certificationBLS/CPR certificationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThis is a patient facing role and tuberculosis screening is required if selected for hirePreferred Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systemsScheduled Weekly Hours
