As our Retail Planner, you’ll take ownership of the planning and trading processes within our Direct-to-Customers (DTC) Full Price Stores and Franchise businesses and ensure the correct weighting is balanced across the range to deliver the commercial and strategic objectives. You’ll use your planning experience and keen problem-solving skills to ensure we provide the perfect balance of products for our customers and optimal stock levels to meet seasonal demand.

How you’ll help us.
Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the DTC Full Price Team Lead, and as part of the role, you’ll:
Develop financial strategies and product assortment plans with the merchandising team to meet consumer demand, optimize stock availability, and maximise sales opportunities. Create Merchandising Financial Planning (MFP), taking into account all KPIs. Create and maintain reports and analyses to lead weekly performance reviews. Deliver effective trading strategies to maximise in-season trade performance. Develop trading strategies to optimise sell-through. Actively participate in forecasting future stock levels to maximise sales opportunities. Support the team in streamlining and evolving processes/ways of working.

Three years of experience in Demand or Retail Planning. Experience with retail mathematics, financial planning and inventory planning. Strong analytical skills. Good presentation skills, especially when communicating financial strategies. Forecasting skills and commercial awareness. Good command of written and spoken English. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
