FleetPride is excited to offer an opportunity in Dallas, TX, for a Retail Pricing Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will create value by collaborating with leadership across the organization to deliver analytics and insights that maximize our price performance across product lines and price levels. Your role will be integral in transforming our pricing processes for the retail business and supporting price initiatives across the organization.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Manage our retail pricing strategy across categories, in collaboration with Pricing, Category, and Sales Managers to deliver end-to-end prices that are tailored to the marketAnalyze performance and market trends to identify and recommend pricing opportunities or changes to the pricing strategy to maximize value captureQuantify and report monthly global price metrics using PowerBI analytics and other visualization tools to support business decision making.Synthesize business and market intelligence to unlock actionable insights and price recommendations across different product groups.Drive KPI tracking & measurement dashboards to provide the business with continuous feedback on performance.Deliver ad-hoc reports & analyses to influence decision-making in real time.Develop and standardize reporting best-practices to empower effective and consistent pricing strategy across all global regions.Evaluate new tools and approaches to continuously improve data transparency and availability.Consolidate data & reports to accelerate delivery of critical analyses that inform time-sensitive decisions.Develop strong working relationships with internal and external resources.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Business, Economics, Finance, or AccountingHigh fluency using analytics tools in a business setting, including Excel and report building software (experience with PowerBI or SQL a plus)Candidate must have two (2) or more years' related experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines and filing cabinets.  The performance of this position may require exposure to the warehouse areas where certain areas may require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes and safety glasses. The primary environment is characterized by ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment.
