We are partnered with a “Big Box” retailer and we are looking for Retail Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team of Sales Lead Generators (5+) to work within our partnered retail stores (5+) throughout the Las Vegas area. Our Lead Generators set appointments for our HVAC professional sales and service teams and play a huge role in our organization’s growth plan. The successful candidate will be a results driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities Manage hourly/daily performance, schedules and activities to achieve branch goalsInterview, recruit and select talented Sales Lead GeneratorsHold weekly meetings to inform, educate, and motivateEmployee accountability including providing individual and team progress updates vs. goalsRole-play to improve customer approach, objection handling, and lead setting skillsProvide training on technical issues affecting the store programProvide notice of upcoming store events (pre-planned calendar), changes in signage, promotional dates, store credit variations, etc.Spend 60-65% of time in the field with Lead Generators and Store ManagementMeet and/or exceed established departmental business performance standards for lead generation, staffing, and leads ranDevelop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships with retail store personnel and area managementMeet with store managers and/or Home Services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changesInspect store displays for compliance to current signage requirements / changesSchedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store ManagementProduct knowledge training sessions conducted with Store Associates and Department Heads in each store at least every other month Qualifications A High School diploma, or GED equivalent. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedThree years of demonstrated sales experience and managementAvailability to work a five-day workweek, including weekendsService industry experience and/or HVAC knowledge a plusStrong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are requiredExcellent communications recruiting and interviewing skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientated mindset.
