The Projects Analyst is responsible for converting the vision to execution to delight the customer with the best convenience retail experience via a strong emphasis on operations excellence, efficiency and creative solutions to complex problems. This critical role has a direct impact on the delivery of the financial plan. Maintains the performance criteria and reporting for, five Territory (Area) Managers and 37 store managers. Directly involvement in the transformation of the business over ~$30mm+ of capital infusion into the retail sites in New Mexico annually. Implementation of cutting-edge technology and innovative and modern store formats. Sets priorities of work for retail operations based on maximizing revenue, safety, operational requirements, and budget for optimal outcomes. Manages the competency requirements of all Operations staff from retail staff members, marketing, store and territory managers. Serves as a liaison between the content developers in Marketing and the execution in Operations. The Special Project Analyst reports to the Zone Manager for the New Mexico Retail group and the highest-ranking company official in the region.
