Additionally, the role includes building relationships with hiring managers and being a valued strategic partner to the business owner. **Responsibilities:** -Fluent in Spanish -Conduct phone screens and determine candidate's viability -Develop creative tactics to attract qualified candidates -Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Boolean searches -Responsible for full-cycle candidate experience from screening to hire -Flexible availability M-Sat based on time zone of work assignment **Qualifications:** -2+ years' experience in high volume recruiting -Must be fully Bilingual, Spanish -Recruitment sourcing experience (Indeed, Grass Roots, Local) -PC literate with Microsoft Suite -ATS experience preferred with ICIMS Salary Starting at 20.00
