Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 08:00pm)Commission: 5% - 10%Job Duties:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceDriving sales to meet goalsStaying knowledgeable about range of productsExplaining to customers the best products for their needsRecommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experienceExplaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best resultsAccepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issuesPromoting special sales and offersMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areasRetail Sales Associate Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferredA friendly and energetic personality with customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely mannerFlexibility to work days, nights, and weekendsHigh school diploma or GEDApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
