Retail Sales Associate (Lubbock, TX- Store# 51409)
  JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for on-going activities related to the successful operation of a retail store. Ensures inventory is stocked, and maintains the cleanliness of the store. Provides customer service and engages in financial transactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE One (1) or more years Experience working in retail environment (Preferred) No Licensure or Certification Required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Active Listening Demonstrating Ongoing Value Initiative Multitasking and Prioritization Operational Excellence Time Management practices and exhibits proper customer service and selling techniques full compliance with corporate dress code understand compliance with clocking in and out on the stores' computer system signing off on timesheet before it's submitted to the office knowledge of procedures and operation of the following: cash register, taxable and non taxable items, food stamp and SNAP purchases, cash control policy, safe drop procedures, selling and cashing lottery and lotto tickets, beer and wine sales, completed a certified alcohol sellers' training program, tobacco and money order sales.
