**Job Description** The Bushnell Factory Outlet is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to add to our team. Under management’s supervision, the Retail Sales Associate performs assigned eCommerce functions, warehouse shipping and receiving, in addition to Retail Sales duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. **E-Commerce Duties-** + Responsible for the maintenance, customer service and processing of orders of the eBay Marketplace store. The part-time Retail Sales Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that product, informational content and customer service is presented in an optimal manor to curate a superior online customer experience. + Monitor E-Commerce warehouse inventory levels and submit reports each week. + Create an organized warehouse that allows for easier product accessibility. + This role reports to the Retail Store Manager, working in coordination with the E-Commerce Marketplace Manager and greater E-Commerce & Retail Sales team to accomplish their day-to-day duties. **Retail Duties-** + Provide customer service by greeting and approaching the customer, discover their needs, offering product, adding-on, closing the sale, and promoting other sales and promotions + Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. + Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. + Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays. + Performs cash register operations by following all procedures for register operations, following proper cash, check, and charge taking procedures + Projects overall floor awareness to assure all customers are helped and to prevent shoplifting + Assists in store housekeeping and stock maintenance during downtime and complete the closing duties checklist + Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems. + Provides overall support for retail environment under the direction of store management. **Years of Related Experience** : Preferred 1-year related experience in an E-Commerce/Retail environment but not required. Willing to train the ideal candidate. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** Eager to learn new skills, great communicator, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, interpersonal and sales skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of organization and urgency. Able to work independently and within a team. Passion for and experience with outdoor sporting, hunt/shoot recreation is required. **WORKING CONDITIONS** Works in a comfortable retail environment 50 percent of the time Works in warehouse and may be exposed to noise, dust, temperature change 50 percent of the time. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** Stands for long periods of time; may be required to lift up-to 50 pounds re-stocking or checking in product. **HOURS/COMPENSATION** Willing to work flexible hours. 4, seven-hour days with weekends off. **$18/hr** **Pay Range:** $16.83 - $23.75 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
