THE JOB:  

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $15.50 per hour plus potential commissions

Hours of Operation

Mon - Sun: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalismMaintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standardsSustain product availabilityReport any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous mannerPerform other job-related duties as requested 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 18 years of ageWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysBilingualHas a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent 6 + months of customer service experience in a retail setting6+ months of experience in cash handling Experience in a similar resort settingPolished appearance and presentability
