Location Description As a field sales employee, you will have the opportunity to travel and enjoy the flexibility that comes with remote work. We have retail customers across North America and team members in about every U.S. state. Responsibilities This position is open due to an internal promotion, showcasing our commitment to career growth at Post Consumer Brands. Purpose: As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Post Consumer Brands in your territory, driving the growth of our products and merchandising in retail stores. The key focus is on growth of distribution and shelf space! Responsibilities and Accountabilities Sales & Merchandising: Ensure permanent distribution and eye-catching merchandising of Post Consumer Brands products at store level. Promotional Activities: Execute and track planned promotional activities to boost sales. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong personal contacts with key store personnel. Merchandising Fixtures: Install and maintain necessary merchandising fixtures to enhance product visibility. Team Collaboration: Work with Post Consumer Brands account teams and management to resolve any merchandising opportunities. Reporting: Complete and manage retail tracking and other required reports to keep everything on track. Store Resets: Implement store resets to keep our products front and center. Location: Connecticut (Work out of home office) Territory also includes Massachusetts, Upstate NY, Rhode Island, and Maine. Ability to lift up to 40lbs
