We are looking for a motivated Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and consumer electronics, is well organized and a self-starter, and has both a passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships.

Day-in-the-Life as a Retail Sales Associate:

Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best BuyEnsure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information available when making a purchase decisionExcel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership within the retail store through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store utilizing conversational consulting sales techniquesUncover and understand the needs of the customer and recommend a Samsung product to fit and fill those needsBuild confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees, new and repeat customers as a brand evangelistBuild strong partnerships with Best Buy staff with the purpose of driving the key initiatives and goals of all teamsMeet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basisProvide excellent customer and client service through interaction with both customers and Best Buy employeesEnsure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanlinessComplete display resets upon request and during new product launchesComplete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights


Performance Measurements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredSix (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Availability to work weekend evening and high demand retail holidaysAbility to maintain customer confidentiality
