Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers while delivering exceptional retail experiences.Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of pop-up shops and events.Process freight, complete markdowns, and execute visual merchandising standards.Support store-level strategies to reduce shrink by observing and reporting unusual activity.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Partner with Brand Activation Leads and Coordinators to meet or exceed sales goals.Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, reporting concerns to store leadership.Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED and 7 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience and Skills:
2+ years of retail sales experience.Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.Willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Counterpoint POS systems.Previous military or commercial experience in quality or operations leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).Your Recruiter Still have questions?
