Retail Sales Specialist - Home Theater
As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the home theater category, including specifications, features and benefits. You’ll also use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.

What you’ll doEngage with customers in the home theater department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goalsStay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional developmentHandle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experiencePrioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectivelyMaintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customersTrain other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the departmentBasic qualifications1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fieldsPreferred qualifications1 year of leadership experience in related field or military leadership equivalent (see my comment below on why this is highlighted)1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)What’s in it for you
