As a Retail Sales Technician, here’s what you can expect to do:

Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devicesBe the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiencesEnhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customersUpsell Asurion product and achieve sales goalsContribute & support in market, based on needs of the business and store locationsEfficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environmentSelf-manage and set prioritiesThrough interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred)Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systemsAbility to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidaysDemonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environmentA passing background check (criminal and drug test)
