We need people who can work hard and love demonstrating our product.   Your responsibilities will include: + Engaging staff to motivate and encourage them to do their best work. + Creating a strategic plan for each shift to accomplish daily tasks and store goals. + Ensuring the store is safe and secure. + Working with the management team to communicate company standards with staff.  + Ensuring daily cash tasks are completed accurately and on time. + Act as a manager on duty for customer service, vendor, or maintenance issues.  + Leading and modeling interactions with customers through product demonstrations and consultations.  + Training sales staff on Basin product knowledge.  + Maintaining store inventory and cleanliness.  + Preparing products for final display.  + Assisting customers in the checkout process.
