per hour | St Ansgar, IA, USA | Hourly | St. Ansgar Pharmacy | PRN, as needed About The Job: The Retail Pharmacist will be responsible for customer experience, operations, people and performance management, and training/self-development activities for retail pharmacy customers and staff and providers. Is responsible for ensuring the proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. The pharmacist will have direct communication with Tracy Hart, MBA, and support the efficient workflow of the pharmacy. The Shift: As needed. The Pay: Based on experience What We Need from You: Education + Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy required. + Iowa Pharmacist licensure, either by examination or by reciprocity, is required. Experience + 3-5 years in a retail, clinical setting preferred.
