Job Title: Retail Store Coordinator

Summary of the Position:

The Retail Store Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, well-stocked selling and stock room floor as well as providing outstanding customer service. The RSC is responsible for all sales associate job duties including assisting guests by providing knowledgeable product information and processing purchase/return transactions courteously and professionally. The RSC duties also include promotion of store events, social media, email notification and mobile app sign-up as well as company branded products and services for increased incremental growth.

Functions of the Position:  Completes store service duties including store opening/closing procedures, guest services, cash/check/credit handling, sales planning and store sanitation.Under manager/store lead supervision, completes inventory orders, stock replenishment, cycle counts, product movement evaluation, merchandising, and pricing.Ensures store is clean, organized, well stocked and free from safety hazards.Processes corporate sample requests including the procurement of inventory from finished goods warehouse and cooler. Qualifications:

Education, Experience and Knowledge: 

High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.One or more years of retail experience required.

Ability to communicate well with customers and coworkersAbility to use a computer and registerExcellent customer service skillsEffective time management skills.Problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
