Skills such as strategic use of empathy and non-verbal cues are highly valuable. Some of the basic qualifications are as follows: + 3+ years of related work experience in retail sales & customer service + Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills + GED/High School Diploma required + Strong work ethic and a desire to work with others + Good time management and prioritization skills + Strong attention to detail + Clear and effective written and verbal communication + Excellent customer service attitude and skills + Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Compensation: We offer a competitive pay structure with bonus opportunities and benefits including holidays and vacation pay, medical and dental coverage and a 401K company match retirement plan.  We offer family oriented retail operating hours.
