About the Role:Own the Dyson Haircare experience. Educate customers on the benefits of Dyson Haircare products and make the appropriate recommendationDelivering hands on demonstrations that include styling and relationship building with our customers, while achieving specified goalsEmbrace the Dyson Guest Experience model and consistently demonstrate these values to our customersAchieve Daily, Weekly Monthly sales plans and goals Achieve Selling Metrics goals and StandardsDaily responsibility for floor coverage and execution of required operational procedures and day to day business needs.    Responsible for sales and product knowledge of all categories.  Consistent execution of the Dyson shopper journey.  Utilize Dyson Training and Education tools and resources to deliver best in class customer interaction and engagementTake an active role in leading beauty events by collaborating with management and organizing marketing and promotional campaignsResolve shopper issues and complaints promptly ensuring a positive outcomeShare in the day-to-day store activities and assist in other areas of the store if requested/necessaryMaintain a clean and organized StoreUnderstand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrityAdhere to corporate processes and safety standardsAbout You:Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays and as business dictates.Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying1+ year experience in customer service, retail and or sales related positionHighly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding our sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experienceHigh standards of personal appearance & professional behaviourFlexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs., potentially overhead for display and demonstration use and the ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a timeCustomer Centric: Passionate about providing high-quality service and care to clientsDetail-Oriented: Precise and meticulous in both hair stylings and sales processesEnthusiastic and Positive: Energetic, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Adaptable: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Team Player: Collaborative and supportive of colleagues and the salon partnersAbility to lift, push or pull up to 35 lbsAbility to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time

Salary: $24-$26 Per Hour
