Responsibilities Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work resultsOpen and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operationsMonitor store floor and assist with guests needs Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays Qualifications Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills requiredPrevious experience working with point of sale system requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 poundsConstant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motionsBending, reaching, and climbing on ladders Shift Details
