As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities Open and close retail locations as directed by managementAssist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operationsMonitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levelsRegularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displaysMaintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shopsQualifications Previous cash handling experience required Previous experience working with point-of-sale system requiredHigh school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motionsBending, reaching, and climbing on laddersShift Details
