An exciting opportunity has arisen for an engaging and proactive Retail Supervisor to join our trading team at WWT Washington Wetland Centre.   The successful applicant will work alongside our Trading Manager to develop an inspirational and vibrant trading environment that provides an excellent visitor experience and maximises income generation.
You will support the retail, admissions, and membership operation, ensuring that you and those you supervise offer a second to none welcome and shopping experience. You will also support the kitchen and trading managers in the catering function of the site and in ensuring a dynamic, supportive, and professional team culture across all trading functions.   This role will work 28 hours a week, 4 or 5 days out of 7. Availability of working days will be discussed at interview although please note, some weekend working is essential.   When visiting our website, you will notice this position is referred to as a Trading Supervisor (Retail) in the job description.
