What will you do? Supervise retail team members and complete operational needs by training and counseling employees Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations Monitor back of house and front of house locations, and assist with guest needs Create, maintain, and regularly evaluate professional visual displays More about you Previous experience with guest transactions and basic math skills required Previous experience working with point of sale system required High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders Shift details
