Supervise and train retail team members, and work to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations. Monitor store floor, assist with guests’ needs and requests. Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays; provide direction to retail associates regarding store merchandising and displays. Ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops. Performs other duties as assigned. More about you Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) system and cash handling required. High school diploma or GED required. Requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead. Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Constant standing, walking, squatting, lifting, some stair climbing, repetitive movements.
