SUMMARY
The Retail Supervisor oversees the daily operations of CITY Pavilion, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales goals, managing staff and maintain high standards in visual merchandising. The role includes training and supervising team members, handling inventory and maintain store policies and procedures to achieve consistent and efficient store and associate performance.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
+ Mentor, train and motivate a team of Retail Leads and Cashiers to meet operational goals.
+ Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
+ Responsible for opening and closing of store.
+ Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
+ Uphold customer service standards and train staff on best practices.
+ Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
+ Encourage and motivate associates to upsell and cross-sell products.
+ Recognize sales needs and report insights to management to improve sales strategies.
+ Oversee inventory control, including receiving, transferring, and stocking.
+ Monitor product displays to ensure they are clean, organized and visually appealing.
+ Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
+ Adheres to and enforces Levy/Rank + Rally guidelines.
+ Manages cash and credit card handling and reconciles daily transactions.
+ Processes Returns and Exchanges using Point of Sale System.
+ Manage and oversee the customization process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of orders.
+ Train associates on customization tools and equipment.
+ Maintain customization materials and equipment ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
+ Oversee the fulfillment process for online orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate associates to ensure prompt processing of online orders.
+ Resolve any issues with online orders, including returns and exchanges.
+ Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
+ Maintains clean and safe work environment.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
+ Lift, carry and move merchandise, materials and equipment weighting up to 35 pounds as needed.
+ Capable of standing for extended period of time plus ability to walk, stoop, reach, kneel crouch or crawl as needed.
+ React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations, taking appropriate actions to ensure customer and employee safety.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the hospitality industry. They should possess at least 1-2 years proven experience in retail or customer service including supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
