Providing an enjoyable and memorable experience by greeting guests and providing superior serviceOperating Point of Sale (POS) registers, receiving money and returning proper change with reasonable accuracy and efficiencyPerforming sales and customer service functions including addressing questions and concerns, and answering questions about park productDemonstrating a friendly and pleasant demeanorMaintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environmentCommunicating effectively with lead or supervisorStocking bins, shelves, and displays with various merchandise­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policiesAssisting in other areas of the Retail and Rentals DepartmentPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

You’ll Know you’re Ready when:

Must be 15 years or older Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shiftExcellent customer service and verbal communication skillsWilling to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; including a minimum of 10 hours per weekAble to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
