ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Support for Skechers POS systems in the production environment
Conduct and coordinate Retail-related S/W deployments
Manage change control processes for Retail Stores
Execute, monitor and maintain data distribution and interfaces to/from POS systems
Perform release tracking
Ensure proper POS lab maintenance
Conduct new store opening tasks
Perform and build systems monitoring and alerting
Insure/facilitate Skechers service desk coordination / collaboration
Conduct retrospectives and RCAs
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-
Assist in the ongoing augmentation of SKECHERS automation platforms and systems in effort to reduce processing times and improve overall efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-

JOB REQUIREMENTS-
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Retail POS support environment
Experience with Aptos POS, Aptos Sales, and Oracle XStore preferred
Experience in Agile SDLC is preferred
Experience in Microsoft Powershell scripting a big plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
Experience with Payment gateway solutions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
5 years of experience in Retail Application Tier II Technical Support position.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 yearly.
