**Amentum** is seeking a **Retail Warehouse Lead** to support the Atlantic Underwater Test & Evaluation Center (AUTEC) contract on **Andros Island, Bahamas** . This position oversees the efficient operation of the retail store warehouse, managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of food products by overseeing a team, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper product handling, and complying with food safety regulations all while optimizing space utilization and productivity to meet customer demand. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.** **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Receives deliveries, manage stock rotation and coordinate outbound shipments. + Maintain a safe work environment within the warehouse. + Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. + Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material, inventory or supplies. **Minimum Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 0-1 years of warehouse experience. + Ability to understand and navigate warehouse processes. + Strong problem-solving and project management skills. + Strong leadership skills.to motivate and manage a team effectively. + Must have excellent communication skills to lead a team and to interact with management. + Possess strong customer service skills to resolve warehouse issues. + Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to warehouse manager and sales floor. + Must have basic math skills. + Ability to analyze data and generate reports. + **Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.** + **A valid U.S. passport and driver’s license are required.** + **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of inventory control. + One year of experience in retail grocery store.
