SUMMARY
The Retail Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations within the retail warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, distribution and coordination with the rest of the retail team. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a organized, productive work environment that supports the retail operation as a whole.
KEYS AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITES
+ Manage inventory receiving, storage and distribution along with the Warehouse Manager
+ Ensure accurate stock levels through regular counts and audits.
+ Manage returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies in inventory.
+ Lead train and motivate warehouse associates, setting performance goals.
+ Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse associates.
+ Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
+ Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment.
+ Identify and implement processes improvements to enhance productivity.
+ Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
+ Utilize warehouse management systems and reporting to streamline operations.
+ Generate and analyze reports to facilitate distribution.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
+ Ability to lift, carry and move heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
+ Capable of standing for extended period plus ability to walk, stoop, reach, kneel crouch or crawl as needed.
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills as well as attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
+ React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations, taking appropriate actions to ensure customer and employee safety.
WORKING CONDITIONS
+ Fast-paced warehouse setting with exposure to various temperatures.
+ Flexible schedule may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the hospitality industry. They should possess at least 1-2 years proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role with supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
+ Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
+ Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
+ Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
